According to Polylang’s documentation, pll_language stores the language code of the last page visited and has a default expiration period of one year. Polylang also allows the cookie to be disabled technically, although some multilingual functionality may then no longer work as intended.

3. IONOS WebAnalytics
Ciel Bleu Kultur uses IONOS WebAnalytics to obtain statistical information about website usage and to support the technical optimisation of the website.
