Institutional Profile

Ciel Bleu Kultur is an independent cultural and intellectual institution dedicated to the production, structuring, publication and transmission of knowledge on contemporary cultural dynamics.

The institution develops frameworks for understanding that enable the analysis of relationships between actors, institutions, cultural spaces and social contexts. Its aim is to make processes of cultural transformation more intelligible and to ensure lasting access to the knowledge produced.

Ciel Bleu Kultur brings together cultural policy, international cultural relations, qualitative research, editorial work and knowledge management.

Areas of Activity

The activities include, in particular:

analysis of contemporary cultural dynamics;
production, structuring, publication and transmission of knowledge;
development of analytical, documentary and editorial formats;
editorial research and knowledge management;
cultural policy, international cultural relations and international cultural cooperation.

Professional Qualifications

Licence in Information and Communication Sciences, specialisation in Organisational Communication — assessed by the ZAB, in conjunction with the three years of university study previously completed, as corresponding to a German higher education qualification at bachelor level.
Diploma in Information and Communication Sciences, specialisation in Journalism.
Training certificate in Human Rights Journalism — Journalists for Human Rights (JDH), Kinshasa.
Participation in the workshop “Devenir manager musical professionnel” — Goethe-Institut and Fondation Music in Africa, Kinshasa.
Participation in the C& Critical Writing Workshop — Contemporary And (C&), Lubumbashi.
